Each piece of furniture and artwork is handcrafted to order. Due to the custom and high-end nature of our work, shipping and delivery are handled with care and attention to detail.

Processing & Lead Times
All items are made to order. Production times vary depending on the complexity of the project and material availability. Estimated lead times will be provided during the design process but are not guaranteed.

Shipping Methods
Shipping options may include:

Local delivery (Auburn, California and surrounding areas)

Freight shipping for larger pieces

White-glove delivery services when applicable
Shipping method will be determined based on the size, weight, and destination of the piece.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated separately and will be discussed and agreed upon before final payment. Costs vary depending on distance, size of the piece, and delivery method.

Delivery Coordination
We will coordinate delivery details directly with you once your piece is complete. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure access to the delivery location and that the space is ready to receive the piece.

Inspection Upon Delivery
Please inspect your item upon delivery. Any visible damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Damages in Transit
While we take great care in packaging and handling, damage during shipping can occur. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos so we can assist in resolving the issue.

Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or events outside of our control. However, we will communicate any known delays as soon as possible.
