Custom Order Policy
Each piece is handcrafted and built to order using natural materials. Please review the following policy before placing a custom order.

Design Process
All custom projects are developed in collaboration with the client. Final design details, dimensions, materials, and finishes will be agreed upon before production begins.

Deposits & Payments
A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to begin all custom projects. The remaining balance is due prior to delivery or pickup unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Lead Times
Each piece is made by hand, and production timelines may vary depending on complexity and material availability. Estimated completion times will be provided but are not guaranteed.

Natural Material Disclaimer
Wood is a natural material and may contain knots, cracks, variations in grain, and movement over time. Epoxy may also have slight variations. These characteristics are part of the design and are not considered defects.

Returns & Refunds
Due to the custom nature of our work, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on custom pieces once production has begun.

Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled prior to the purchase of project materials. Deposits are non-refundable.
​
Delivery & Pickup
Delivery or pickup arrangements will be coordinated with the client. Any damage during transit must be reported promptly.
